Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to BetterLogic for the applicable Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetterLogic, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

19. Suspension & Termination

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that survive termination.

BetterLogic shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, governmental actions, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
